Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice, modern, clean, and comfortable, but the noise from the elevator was quite bothersome. The service was friendly and helpful, but the staff at the front desk seemed preoccupied with their phones. The location was convenient for visiting the US Embassy, but the busy road outside was a downside. The dining options were tasty but not very suitable for Asian guests. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were rather small and tight but surprisingly quiet since my room was at the back of the hotel. The service was a bit lackluster; it seemed like the staff were related to each other and friendly among themselves but not very accommodating to guests' requests. The location was excellent for those needing to visit the US embassy but lacked other local attractions nearby. The dining options, though not suitable for Asians like myself, offered a decent selection for a simple meal.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was perfect for my needs, being just a few minutes away from the US Embassy. The rooms, although a bit small for two adults and a baby, were surprisingly quiet considering the hotel's proximity to Friedberger Landstrasse. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and helpful, especially for arranging my visit to the embassy. However, the dining options were limited and disappointing, not catering well to certain dietary preferences. On the bright side, the hotel's close proximity to public transport was a definite plus.
